We attended the technical conference on “Advanced Materials for Casting pattern and Tool Manufacturing” organised at IK4-AZTERLAN by Uneco and Sika technical staff, directed towards technical staff who perform their activities through different design and transformation technologies to manufacture cast parts (casting model, mould or tools for valve , machine tool, wind, naval, automotive, rail and energy sectors).

At this conference, we were able to find out about the latest advances in resins for casting pattern and tool manufacturing from both a theoretical and practical viewpoint.

The aim of these talks and presentations was to show the public advanced solutions to improve competitiveness in terms of pattern or casting mould development, product and/or working times.
