We attended a “Clúster Metal Mecánica” conference organised by Ieteam and Adegi.

In the last years, in Polistmodel, we have established ourselves in the national market as one of the benchmarks in casting pattern production in all different materials, such as wooden moulds (http://www.polistmodel.com/en/casting-patterns/wooden-moulds/), polystyrene moulds (http://www.polistmodel.com/en/casting-patterns/polystyrene-moulds/), resin moulds (http://www.polistmodel.com/en/casting-patterns/resin-moulds/) and metallic moulds (http://www.polistmodel.com/en/casting-patterns/metallic-moulds/).

The truth is that we have hardly ever had international projects so far. However, in Polistmodel, we are stepping forward into internationalisation thanks to the support of Adegi and Ieteam, clustering with other businesses.

The aim of this cluster is to give a quick and proper response to the French market, thus fostering our entrance in France by better adapting to the needs of their market.

The French market demands high quality products at inexpensive costs. They are also known to consider Gipuzkoa as part of Southern France. Being then conscious of our capacity to offer a good product, we intend to establish ourselves in France as a first step into internationalisation.
